When will my order ship?

Snugsy Steps is on preorder. Your pair is reserved from our first production run and is estimated to ship in 4 to 5 weeks. Orders ship in the order they were placed, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as yours is on the way.

What if the ship date changes?

We'll email you before the date passes. You can keep your place in line or cancel for a full refund.

How much is shipping?

Two pairs or more ship free. For a single pair, shipping is shown at checkout.

What size should I get?

S fits US women's 6 to 7 (8.85 in insole), M fits 7.5 to 8.5 (9.44 in insole) and L fits 9 to 10 (10 in insole). Between sizes or have wider feet? Size up.

How warm do they get?

Three heat levels: low runs 113 to 122°F, medium 123 to 132°F and high 133 to 142°F. Hold the button to turn them on, then tap it to switch levels.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 4 hours per charge on low. Higher levels use more battery. Charge them through the USB-C port at the back of the heel.

Can I wear them outside?

Yes. The grippy rubber sole works inside and out, from the porch to the car to the airport.

What if my pair arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo or video of the problem and a photo of the shipping label. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I return them if I change my mind?

Preorders are reserved from our production run and are final sale, so we can't accept change of mind returns. If something is wrong with your pair, we've got you covered.
